Thumbinthai Co., Ltd. ("Thumbinthai", "we") respects the privacy of the people and companies that contact us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, and how we keep it confidential. It applies to thumbinthai.com/en and to enquiries sent to us by form, email or WhatsApp.
1. Who we are
Thumbinthai Co., Ltd. is a clothing manufacturer registered in Thailand (registration no. 0105561007253). Our address is 65/67 Moo 3, Ekkachai Road, Bang Khun Thian, Chom Thong, Bangkok 10150, Thailand. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. Contact: sale@thumbinthai.com

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it to us.
3. Why we use your information and our legal basis

4. Confidentiality of your designs and business information
We treat the design files, artwork, patterns, tech packs, quantities and budgets you send us as your confidential business information. We will:
- use them only to prepare your quotation, develop your sample and produce your order;
- not disclose them to, or use them for, any other customer;
- not use your designs, brand name or product images in our marketing without your written permission; and
- limit access to the staff who work on your enquiry or order.
If you require a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please tell our sales team before you send your designs.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- service providers that process data on our behalf: Webflow (website and forms), HubSpot (customer records), Mailchimp (email), WhatsApp (messaging), Google (website analytics, advertising and reCAPTCHA) and Meta (advertising measurement);
- carriers, customs brokers and banks, when you place an order; and
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
We are located in Thailand, and some of our service providers store data in other countries, including the United States. When we receive or transfer personal information from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards permitted by applicable data protection law.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Customer and order records: for the period you are a customer, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Email subscription details: until you unsubscribe.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the information.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). If you visit from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Wherever you are, you can reject them or change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act, you may have the right to:
- access your personal information and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your information or restrict its use;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use these rights, email sale@thumbinthai.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
10. Security
We limit access to personal information to staff who need it for their work, and we use service providers that encrypt data in transit. If a personal data breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the relevant authority and you as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
