How fast do you reply?
Within 1–3 working days. Our export sales team replies in English by email from sales.int@thumbinthai.com with a written quote.
What currency is the quote in?
US dollars. We quote and ship on FOB terms, so the price does not include duty and taxes in your country. You pay 50% before production and the balance plus shipping before we ship.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A sketch or a reference photo is enough. Our team makes the pattern and a sample for you to approve before bulk production.
Can I order under 100 pieces?
Our minimum is 100 pieces per order for a new pattern. For brands that plan to reorder, we have a starter package: 30 pieces per colour per design, with print or embroidery on our existing blocks. Choose “Ask about the starter package” in the form.
